Reminders

* As of today (Tuesday, July 1) Ellen Abbey (campus box 47, phone 978-5846) will handle all check requisitions for the Board of Trustees (mill levy funds). Send Abbey the first requisitions for the new fiscal year by noon Tuesday, July 8, and checks will be ready by noon Wednesday, July 9.

* Fiscal year 2009 parking hang tags and parking decals have been distributed to faculty and staff. If you did not receive a hang tag/decal and need one, please contact the Office of Financial Operations at 978-3070. Hang tags/decals must be displayed beginning today (Tuesday, July 1).
