* The National Institute on Aging, National Institutes of Health, is soliciting applications for Taking the Next Step: Technical Assistance Workshop, Nov. 20-21. The deadline for the brief application is today (Friday, July 18). The application form may be accessed through the NIA Web site: www.nia.nih.gov.

* The Wichita Hispanic Chamber of Commerce Inc. will hold its Third Annual Golf Tournament Wednesday, July 23, at WSU's Braeburn Golf Course to raise money for its scholarship program. * High school students and WSU freshmen are invited to attend a free bioengineering summer day camp July 28-Aug. 1 at WSU. Register at www.wichita.edu/engineeringcamps. The deadline is noon Friday, July 25, or 50 participants, whichever comes first.
